Privacy Policy for NeuraPulse
Last Updated: June 2026
Overview
NeuraPulse delivers AI-generated weekly industry briefings tailored to a job role you choose. This policy explains exactly what it does and doesn't do with your data.
What We Process
- The role you choose (e.g. "Music Producer") and any thumbs up/down feedback you give — sent to our server to generate and refine your briefing.
- An anonymous device ID — a random string (no name, email, or device fingerprinting) used to remember your preferences and Pro status.
- Your settings and cached briefings — stored locally in your browser.
What We DON'T Collect
- We do NOT read the pages you visit or your browsing history (NeuraPulse has no access to web pages).
- We do NOT collect your name, email, or location.
- We do NOT sell or share data, use it for advertising, or for creditworthiness/lending.
How Briefings Are Generated
Briefings are generated on our server using Anthropic's Claude. Only the role and topic are included in the request — never personal data. All processing happens through our secure proxy over HTTPS.
NeuraBolt Pro & Payments
Pro is unlocked with an anonymous device ID or a portable NB-XXXX-XXXX code. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (Stripe's privacy policy); the extension never sees your card or billing details.
Feedback
If you choose to use the in-extension Send feedback form, the message you type is sent to our server so we can read it and improve the product. An email address is sent only if you choose to add one (so we can reply). This is entirely optional and is only sent when you click Send. We do not collect any feedback automatically.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. Since we don't hold personal identifiers, there is no account to delete. For any request, contact info@neurabolt.ai.
Compliance
NeuraPulse complies with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable.
Privacy Policy for NeuraSave
Last Updated: June 2026
Overview
NeuraSave ("we", "our", or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our browser extension.
Information We Collect
Stored Locally on Your Device
- Settings & preferences: chosen file formats and options.
- Daily download count: used to enforce the free-tier limit (resets daily).
- Anonymous device ID & Pro status: a random string (no email, no fingerprinting) and whether Pro is active.
Sent to Our Server (Only When You Act)
- AI Upscale (Pro): when you choose to upscale a specific image, the URL of that single image is sent to our proxy, which forwards it to Replicate to produce a higher-resolution copy (capped at 30/month). No other images or page data are sent.
- Pro checks: your anonymous device ID or NB-XXXX-XXXX code is sent to verify Pro status. No email is sent by the extension.
How We Use Information
- Verify Pro status (anonymous ID or Pro code).
- Save your preferences and enforce daily free limits (locally).
- Perform an AI upscale on an image you explicitly choose.
Data Storage
- Local Storage: All settings and preferences are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API
- Sync Storage: Pro activation status may be synced across your devices if you're signed into Chrome/Edge
- No Server Storage: We do not store or track your browsing history, downloaded images, or personal data on our servers
Information We DON'T Collect
- Browsing history or activity
- The contents of pages you visit (scanning is local and only on your click)
- Your name, email, or any personally identifying information

Third-Party Services

- AI Upscale is performed by Replicate; the image URL is processed solely to return the upscaled result.
Feedback
If you choose to use the in-extension Send feedback form, the message you type is sent to our server so we can read it and improve the product. An email address is sent only if you choose to add one (so we can reply). This is entirely optional and is only sent when you click Send. We do not collect any feedback automatically.

NeuraTabs Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Your Privacy is Our Priority
NeuraTabs organizes your tabs on your device. Your tab titles, full URLs, and browsing history never leave your computer. The only thing that can leave your device is anonymous and one-way hashed: when you deliberately correct a site's category, a hash of the domain (not the domain itself) is shared to improve grouping for everyone — and you can turn that off.
What Information We Process
Locally Processed Data (Never Leaves Your Device)
- Tab Information: Tab titles, URLs, and favicons are processed locally to organize your tabs into groups
- Group Preferences: Your custom group names and organization preferences
- Snooze Settings: Information about tabs you've snoozed for later
Shared Category Learning (Anonymous & Hashed)
When you deliberately correct a site's category, NeuraTabs can contribute that to a shared "category brain" so grouping improves for everyone. This is done in a privacy-preserving way:
- Only one-way hashes are sent — a SHA-256 hash of the domain (never the domain itself) and the category you chose. Our server never holds a readable list of the sites you use.
- Unlinkable votes — instead of a device ID, each vote carries a per-site token (a hash of your random device id combined with that domain). This counts one vote per device per site while making your corrections impossible to link across different sites or back to you.
- Only deliberate corrections — the sites you simply visit are never sent. A site only becomes a shared suggestion after at least 3 devices agree (60%+).
- Opt-out anytime — turn off contributing in Settings; removing a learned site or tapping Undo also retracts your vote.
What We DON'T Do
- ❌ We do NOT collect your browsing history
- ❌ We do NOT track your personal information
- ❌ We do NOT sell any data to third parties
- ❌ We do NOT use your data for advertising
- ❌ We do NOT use your data for creditworthiness or lending purposes
- ❌ We do NOT use any AI service for grouping — categorization is 100% on-device
Feedback
If you choose to use the in-extension Send feedback form, the message you type is sent to our server so we can read it and improve the product. An email address is sent only if you choose to add one (so we can reply). This is entirely optional and is only sent when you click Send. We do not collect any feedback automatically.
Data Storage
Local Storage (On Your Device)
All your personal settings, preferences, and tab organization data are stored locally using Chrome's storage API. This data:
- Remains on your device
- Syncs across your devices only if you're signed into Chrome with sync enabled
- Is never accessible to us or any third party
Shared Category Database (Anonymous & Hashed)
The shared category brain stores only:
- One-way hashes of domains and their agreed category (no plaintext domains)
- An unlinkable per-site vote token (no device identifier)
- Vote counts for consensus accuracy
Permissions We Request
NeuraTabs requests the following Chrome permissions:
- tabs: To read tab titles/URLs and organize them into groups
- tabGroups: To create and manage native tab groups
- storage: To save your preferences and learned categories locally
- alarms: To reopen snoozed tabs at scheduled times
- contextMenus: To add right-click menu options
NeuraTabs requests no host permissions and never injects code into the pages you visit.
NeuraBolt Pro
- Pro is unlocked with an anonymous device ID or a portable NB-XXXX-XXXX code.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your payment details.
- The extension does not collect your email. You can cancel anytime via Stripe.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing for us to delete or provide. However, you always have the right to:
- Uninstall the extension at any time
- Clear your local extension data through Chrome settings
- Disable specific features like AI integration
- Use the extension in local-only mode
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
Open Source Commitment
We believe in transparency. NeuraTabs' categorization logic and privacy practices are open for review.
